Shop filter not showing

Hello,

I have enabled the shop filter as seen here: https://snipboard.io/jbWUl9.jpg, however, It is not showing on my site.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

Please Go to Appearance >> Widgets >> And add widgets to the Shop filters area then check back.

Hello,

I am going there but I am just getting this spinning wheel forever and a bunch of errors (as seen here: https://snipboard.io/y9NIjE.jpg & https://snipboard.io/WghfPk.jpg). Therefore I cannot do anything in the widgets section.

Please help

Hello,

It seems to be a core WordPress problem not related to our theme. Try to install Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem for now https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Is it possible to get the shop filter widget to show the subcategories when on the main category page?
Like this https://snipboard.io/8dRAzJ.jpg (but under “product categories” will show the subcategories of this category?

Hello,

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
