Hung PhamKeymasterHi mbenyahia002,
Thanks for your patience.
I did with
Regenerate the product attributes lookup table
in Woocommerce > Status > Tools https://take.ms/LGpvfand attributes are showing. Please double check.

mbenyahia002ParticipantHi Hung,
I did exactly what you did — I regenerated the product attributes lookup table in WooCommerce > Status > Tools — and it works at first.
However, after a short time (exactly after the regeneration is complete), the filter stops working again and the attributes no longer show.It seems the issue keeps coming back and is not permanently fixed by regeneration.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi mbenyahia002,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

mbenyahia002ParticipantHi Hung,
I tried it on Flatsome with the plugin **Filter Everything**.
I found other people on the forums facing the same issue. I have now changed from Flatsome to Woodmart because I don’t want to rely on too many plugins like Filter Everything.
it works while the regeneration is in progress, but once the regeneration is done, it stops working.Regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi mbenyahia002,
1. Can you let me how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront?
2. You also should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
Please let me know how it goes.

mbenyahia002ParticipantHi Hung PD,
I switched to the Twenty Twenty theme and found no shop filter there. I also deactivated all plugins (except the required ones) and the issue still persists. Could you please check on your side? I’ve already provided you with /wp-admin access.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi mbenyahia002,
With the default theme, you. can try
Product Filters
widget. By default, WoodMart widget couldn’t caused that issue. Please let me know how it goes. Thanks for your patience.

mbenyahia002ParticipantHi Hung,
I didn’t find any Product Filters widget on Twenty Twenty theme. You can try it yourself since I’ve already given you access to the wp-admin.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi mbenyahia002,
I tried to switch to default theme and used
Filter product by attributes
widget and faced same issue, which also means non-related to WoodMart theme. For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the WooCommerce plugin’s support team https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires.

mbenyahia002ParticipantHi Hung,
I use Filter Everything Pro and it works fine. The problem only happens with the WoodMart filter, not with WooCommerce itself.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi mbenyahia002,
Thanks for your patience.
Yes, indeed, we can see that the filters from a third-party plugin are working, but those from the theme are not. However, before addressing this issue, we’d like to clarify how our
WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav
widget works. In fact, it is just a visual wrapper for the default WooCommerce Filter Products by Attribute widget, which directly interacts with the database and returns attribute terms.During our testing of the widgets on your site, we noticed that both the default widget and ours behave the same way. This is related to the Product lookup tables in WooCommerce, which generate values into the table and then display them. In this case, the issue lies on WooCommerce’s side, so you will need to reach out to their support team for more detailed information.
In the meantime, while waiting for their response, we recommend temporarily disabling the attributes lookup table https://monosnap.com/file/XVmLFRueVdVtMF7nkZ0aInprtnswkp — this should make the widgets work as expected https://monosnap.com/file/vCk23BmP8tCz4PXMAUS0rLYYutPUe1.
