Shop filters custom content missing form theme settings

Shop filters custom content option is missing from my theme settings
Can you help ?

Hello,

1. Enable Top filters in the Theme Settings >Product archives > Shop filters https://gyazo.com/3564df2a5d658a0010b6c0ebd0b537d4

2. Enable Shop filters area always opened

3. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content

4. You can choose the HTML block with the content from the Shop filters custom content drop-down.

I have created an HTML Block and added it to the Product category page. I also have a filter sidebar on the product category page. Is that a way to have the HTML Block as full width and below the HTML Block to have the sidebar and products? See attached image, please

You would better configure the hidden sidebar in the Theme settings > Product Archives > Off canvas sidebar to avoid overlapping and stretching the section, and configure the content width.
