The left section on our shop page, with all the category filters, is not loading, and can’t figure out what’s wrong. How do we get it back? Thank you!

Have you tried to add the widgets to the Shop page widget area in Appearance > Widgets? https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

nochestudioParticipantThanks for the response, yes the widgets are set up but no luck. See attached screenshots. Am I doing something wrong? could it be something else? The widgets used to show up.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

You have created the attributes, however, you have not assigned them to any products: https://gyazo.com/cc0b3814e26bca6b772f07d82955cc16 and https://gyazo.com/53eca9902c049f57d31851611dd50e2c
Please assign the products to each attribute item and all the filters would show in the sidebar.
