Shop grid, items per page

I am writing to request some customizations on the shop page of my website. Specifically, I would like the default view shop page grid to be set to 3×3 by default.

Additionally, I would like to remove the option for 9 items per page from the view options.

Could you please assist me with implementing these changes?
