Shop images . quality and dimensions

1 There are some images appearing bigger than others on catalog page. We have taken them from another web page and the owner says that in his site they look absolute justified. (please see image dimension and owners site image)

2 Is there a way to make catalog images look more shatp and shine ? You can see in my web page they look blurred.

Such happens when you upload images of different sizes.

yes i understand about uploading images of different sizes. Please see my second question (Is there a way to make catalog images look more shatp and shine ? You can see in my web page they look blurred) Maybe a plugin would help?
