Shop is empty

    Hi,
    Sometimes when i go to shop page “https://hanawater.com/shop/” i get empty page i don’t know why
    this happend with visitor only after use wp-rocket
    find that in attach.

    Hello,

    As you are using the Cache plugin on your Site, so if you make any change on your Site then remember to Purge All the Cache under the cache plugin settings because it needs to be done to view the correct changes on the Site.

    In your case for WP Rocket, you can check the WP Rocket plugin settings in this regard accordingly.

    If you think, the Cache plugin isn’t causing this then please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

    If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hello,

    I Purge the Cache after changed any thing in my site and i tried to exclude shop from WP Rocket before but same problem ,and also tried deactivating all the third party Plugins on my Site but same problem
    but when i tried to activate the Parent Theme the problem has solved for two days and back again

    Sorry to say but right now as we have checked your Shop page with and without Logged In along with your Child Theme and WP Rocket enabled, the page is appearing and working fine:

    Hi,

    I know yesterday it’s working because i clear cache with WP-rocket but now after almost 12 hours you will see empty page in Incognito mode, and i don’t know the reason:

    So, as you mentioned that the issue is getting resolved by clearing Cache from WP Rocket plugin settings then it certainly means that the WP Rocket Cache plugin is causing an issue in this regard related to Cache being generated on your Site.

    So, could you please once contact the WP Rocket plugin support in this regard and see what they have to say about that because on our Test Site as we have checked there isn’t such an issue. Here is the Shop page URL from there: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/shop/

    Hi,
    i remove shop page and make new one and make it “Never cache this page” and problem still happend and i found in error log file:
    Payment gateway with handle ‘wc-payment-method-cod’ has been deactivated in Cart and Checkout blocks because its dependency ‘wc-blocks-registry’ is not registered.     Hello,

    Firstly, we want you to please be calm and try to read carefully what we are mentioning.

    We have visited your Shop page in 3 different browsers and every time we visit your Shop page, it shows fine. Still when we visit it and it is appearing fine:

    On all these 3 browsers, the Page is loading and appearing fine when we are visiting it. So, we unfortunately aren’t able to reproduce the issue.

    Further, the recent Error Log that you mentioned is related to Payment Method integration and these are handled at WooCommerce end, the Theme doesn’t influence it. So, we might suggest you to contact WooCommerce Support in this regard, they can guide better.

    Hope you can understand the limitations here !
