Shop navigation bug

Dear,

When using pages or load more button on the shop page the buttons don’t work on iPhone.
The work around is automatic loading but that doesn’t work on the search results page.

Can you fix this please?

Sorry, but now we do not have such functionality for enabling the “Load more” or “Infinite scrolling” on the search page. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.

I don’t want to change it. The problem is that the buttons to go to the next page, on the search results page, do not work. Page numbering or load more. You can’t click on them with an iphone. The same on the shop page.

On the shop page I fixed it by using “infinite scrolling”, this way I don’t need a button. But I prefer to use “load more”.

So can you fix the buttons that don’t work please?

So to be clear: it’s not a matter of choice. All the buttons (load more or page numbering) simply don’t work on an iphone.

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

No permission to do this on the live site. In attachment you can find the details for the development site.

Te replicate the problem: use an iphone and search for “ring”, you’ll see the page numbers at the bottom of the search results page. Not possible to click on them.
