Shop not editing

hey here is the issue: the shop page is showing categories at the top I want to change it looks not good

if I try to change it I don’t know how to do that but if I edit the shop page it brings me to the customization

Navigate to Theme Settings > Product archive > Page title > Categories in Page title.
