Shop not show the categories and subcategories

Hi, today I join to shop page and I see that not are showing the categories and subcategories, like the image, that I attachment.

You can configure this option in the Theme Settings > Product archive > Page title.

The thing is that I want to show categories and subcategories, but show like tttttttt, Is not reading the categories and subcategories. And, I don’t know why.

Please reload the parent theme: make the full backup of your site, switch to any other theme, delete the parent them and upload the theme folder from the Themefotest account.
