The shop page does not look like the demo, and i am unable to find where to change it.

The difference is because your Shop page is currently configured to display product categories along with the products, while the demo Shop page displays products only.

To make it look like the demo, please navigate to:
Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog
Under Shop page displays, select “Show products” only.

This will remove the category display from the Shop page and show only the products, similar to the demo.

Regarding the product images, I see the product image has the same size on your site in archive pages.

Can you explain why when i imported the demo it did not import the settings ?

Where can i view all the correct settings, i am running a dev site so cannot create another to run and test.

Also how do you change the number of items per row is shop ?

Currenty have 4 items per row but has a max of 9 to display which just looks odd, why is it not set to number of items per row x number of rows, so with 4 items per row should have options has 12, 16, 20, 24 not 9, 12, 18, 24 makes no sense.

filter by category, how do i keep this expanded? and allow to show all rather than scrolling

The category display is controlled by the default WooCommerce settings currently configured on your site, not by the demo settings. That is why product categories are appearing on your Shop page.

Regarding the number of products per page, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products grid and set the number of products per page.

Regarding the category, I have checked your Shop page, and the category filter is already expanded by default in the sidebar.

Thanks for the reply, i have to say i am rather dissapointed about the lack of styling and configuration for many of the features for your theme, i am having to modify many things or just default elements like the categories, and product search. i had really high hopes for the theme. even some setting are hidden away. like number of products per page filter, which your reply was not what i was looking for. i had already set the number of products per page.

Regarding the number of products per page, could you please clarify what you would like to achieve? Do you want the pagination options to display values based on the number of products per row, or are you referring to a different setting?

Regarding the theme configuration, the demo importer does not necessarily override all existing WooCommerce settings. Some options are managed separately through WooCommerce settings and WoodMart Theme Settings.

Please let us know which specific elements you would like to customize, and we will guide you to the relevant settings.
