Shop page

Hi,

I noticed that the shop bottom page is only showing one single product row.

Is there an option I missed to change this?

Please try setting the number of products per page from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Grid.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the recommended plugins.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If you still face the problem then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I reinstalled the site on a test environment and it is working (other hosting environment). The shop automatically shows the number of products per page preselected & defined in product grid (here 24).

Could you please help me resolve this. Any similar previous experiences? What do you recommend me to do?

I have run some tests and it appears that the issue only happens on Mozilla Firefox. Chrome and Microsoft Edge are fine. What about on your end?

I have visited the URL you provided.

It is the default behavior that the number is already preselected in the products per page option as they are set in the shop page settings.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins of your site on which the issue is then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Yes indeed, we would like the number to be preselected by default, that’s perfect. I have checked again et sometimes it works, sometimes it don’t.

But what do you see on your end? Mozilla, Chrome, Safari, Edge? Does it depend on whether I’m logged in or not?

I discovered something new to this.
As a visitor, everything is working perfecly. The preselected number is 12. Brilliant.
However, when I log in and go to shop, the preselected number sometimes disappears.

Can you reproduce this on your end?

I want to add something to this.
When logged in AND something is modified and published, the preselected number disappears but only on the same browser I logged in. The rest looks fine.
