When I set up the Shop page in woocommerce, after I select the home page(I don’t want to choose “shop”), the default Home Page appears garbled, so my question is, can’t the home page and the Shop page be the same page?

In general, that functionality comes from WooCommerce so we cannot influent it. The Shop page and the Home page cannot be the same, unfortunately. If you want to show some products on the Home page, I suggest you use an appropriate elements in the page builder (e.g Products(grid or carousel)).
