Shop Page Add Content After Shop Catalog section

Hey, I need help with adding text sections after shop catalog on my shop page. I try frond end editor, back end editor it wont let me add any section after shop catalog. I need to add some stuff before Footer and after products.

You can see the text section right at the top of my shop page – I want to move it down.

The shop page is a functional page and Woocommerce does not provide an option to add anything there. You can edit your shop page and add a text and it will in the very top.
