Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDear,
If you check the shop page and you hit “choose an options” for some products, you’ll notice that
– sometimes the variations attributes are aligned to the left
– sometimes the variations attributes are aligned to the centerThis happens mostly on mobile devices.
Why?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This is the way it works. Pointures are always aligned in the same way and Epaisseur is always in the same way. These options are different by their nature that is why there is a difference between them.
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantI don’t really understand the reason why the display of those attibutes are different. Can you elaborate please?
They are both attributes with no specific settings. They should be similar
April 8, 2019 at 11:35 am #117654
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
They are different. Create both attributes in format 35/37 45/67 and two attributes with values 5mm and 7mm they would look like the same
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantYour explanation is still so totally unclear…
There are no million settings for attributes. They have exactly the same settings. They should appear the same!
Those things you mention are no “format”, these are just names… obviously the names will be different…
April 9, 2019 at 8:37 am #117783
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
And these names look different. There is no option to change that.
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDo you even understand my issue….??? Read before answering please
Why the first attribute is aligned to the left, and why the second attribute is aligned to the center??
Alignement should be the same ! This is CSS theme related
April 9, 2019 at 3:18 pm #117890
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Create two identical attributes with the identical format of values and check the alignment. Different value formats are aligned in a different way. It is not a bug, it is the way it works, there is no option to change that.
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantYour explanation is still not valid.
In the below attachment “DESKTOP GRID VIEW”
> all the attributes are aligned to the center, no matter what their settings are.In the below attachment “MOBILE GRID VIEW”
> the same attributes are not all aligned to the center.Even worse :
In the below attachment “MOBILE GRID VIEW”
> the same attribute “Pointures” is displaying its values differently across two productsOn the product called “Talonnettes Saphir de compensation”
>>> the values of this attribute are aligned to the centerOn the product called “Talonnettes Claie de compensation”
>>> the valus of this attribute are aligned to the leftAfter this whole explanation, don’t tell me “this is how it works” !!!

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDear,
I find this so disrespectful to read people’s queries properly.
You did not spend more than 10 seconds on my comments before answering.
This is not acceptable. Please go back on my comments, read them and test properly.
THANKS!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This is the way it works and looks like. Mobile view is different from the desktop in order to place all the elements visible.
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDear,
I will repeat once more that you are so disrespectful to not check my issue. This is a THEME issue and I will not let it unresolved.

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDear,
My site is live. I can’t turn it off just like that, this is not professional.. We need to book a specific timeslot for when your team will investigate on it. So then I can turn off everything.
Can you book a time please?
ThanksApril 23, 2019 at 7:49 am #120451
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Create the staging platform and clone the site there where you can remove all the customizations, deactivate all the plugins for checking the problem. It is not possible to fix the problem without investigating its nature. In most cases, the problems are caused by third parties plugins or customization.
Our support does not cover fixing the problems in custom code or third parties plugins.
Best Regards
