Shop page description layout crash often

Hi team,
We have received the puzzles from the shop page description layout crashed very often, and we have to update every time on elementor editor, but it won’t maintain long, still crash time to time. this is very frustrated to me, increased my work. I attached picture, please check.
Any idea to solve this problem? Others also face this issue? Need patchers add to the theme? Expect to have your reply!

Hello,
Navigate to Elementor -> Tools -> Clear files & Data. Also, make sure both the theme and Elementor are updated to the latest version.
If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

We have watched and tired of this issue for 2 months. below are what we found.
Even though, the theme and elementor all updated to the latested version, the description layout still collapse.
1. It confused me a lot. because once we fix it by Elementor -> Tools -> Clear files & Data, after two days, the description page layout still crash, it is not stable
2. Some times the collapse on all category pages, and sometimes on one page or pages.
This collapse has increase much more attention work to our site maintance daily and affects our visitors shopping conversion rate. I do hope you can have a thorough solution to this crash problem.
