Shop Page Display Problem

Hello,

We have a problem with a store filter “Filter Product by Atributes”, when we add it, the store page sometimes starts to look like in the attached screenshot.

Please help us to fix this problem.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I did as you directed and came back with the login details for wordpress. Also, since the opening of the ticket, an error has appeared regarding the newsletter subscription section of the theme, which on some pages appears with a padding in front of the footer. I have to mention that this error does not always appear, you can see it in the screenshots.

Sorry for the inconvenience but actually, the new Widget style of the WP shows Warnings and doesn’t work correctly even with the Default WP Theme too. So, that’s why we installed the Classic Widgets plugin on your Site and now you can easily use the Widgets area as per your choice.

So, after installing the mentioned Plugin we added the Filter Products by Attribute on your Site for the Shop page widget area and the Site still appears fine after that. Please see the below Images for reference:

The problem with the footer is still persistent, the idea is that it doesn’t always appear as in the pictures and if it appears like that after how many refreshes of the respective page where the problem occurs the section returns to normal.
