Shop page filter and update the shop page template

After importing the demo content, I found that there are some templates on my shop pages.
I would like to update my shop page to ‘Filter Areas’, but sorry that I cannot find where to update it.
Also, after changing to Filter Areas, is it able to replace the filter on the top https://prnt.sc/Txj86vijRU4f with a widget that filters by my category? just like this:

Hello,

The “Filter” area can be edited via Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop filters, hence if you want to display there your categories, just add the appropriate element to the “Shop filters” area.
