a.balodimosParticipantI have added attributes to the products I want to use as filters and set the widget to use the attribute but no filters are showing up on Shop Page.
I have verified that all the products have the attributes assigned to them.January 29, 2025 at 4:45 pm #633852
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Try to regenerate Regenerate the product attributes lookup table in Woocommerce > Status > Tools https://take.ms/LGpvf
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

a.balodimosParticipantHello,
In our testing, the filters show up for a few minutes and then vanish again.
If we recheck the Shop Page now, no filters show up.
I think this issue needs to be looked at in detail.
And before you say it’s a cache issue, I’ve cleared the cache from both wp-rocket and this tool
WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Clear transients https://prnt.sc/OXFgQw8qYmEEAttachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I didn’t say that it’s a cache issue.
In this case, navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Advanced -> disble lookup table for filtering here – https://prnt.sc/8wEF0SsTWoLR
Then recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

a.balodimosParticipantHello Team, Now the Filters are visible on the Shop Archive page. However, the brand filter is not visible on the single product page. I recorded the video. Please watch and suggest to me how I can resolve the issue.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
We appreciate your cooperation.
Kind Regards

a.balodimosParticipantI’ve activated the parent theme for now.
And also, disabled plugins except woodmart core, woocommerce and Elementor (which I enabled again now)
But still seeing the same resultsMarch 5, 2025 at 4:01 pm #643067
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Change the product slug to Latin letters – https://monosnap.com/file/ltobWIG2jHD1ey92fNzc8aR2vfeEB1
Clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

a.balodimosParticipantYes, changing the attribute slug to Latin letters resolved the issue.
Question: Will it also affect the filters if the slug is not in Latin letters?March 6, 2025 at 3:20 pm #643462
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In general, it could affect, so the slug should be in Latin for the correct work of the attributes.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards
