Shop page photo is too large

Hi
I bought your theme and it is really, really good.

But I can’ see this menu in my dashboard

WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display.
I have a problem with product size in the shop page
1- if you see this link, You understand the size of image is the same but I think that Align is not good ( https://vbike.ca/product-category/ebike/ )pic1
and experience of product is not complete.
in Home page, I can fix it but in shop page
2- for photo in slider what size of photo is good? and If I use video for this page what size is good?
3-in home page(pic 2) and shop page (pic1) I want to change the size of the name’s product.

1 & 4) The maintenance mode is enabled on your website and I am unable to visit your website. Please disable it to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2) There are not recommended sizes for the images for the slider as you can set them according
to your needs.

Therefore we have used the images of the following sizes in our demos.

Catalog images – 430×490
Single product image – 700×800
Product thumbnails – 200×230

3) To change the font sizes you need to use typography settings under Theme Settings >> Typography.

5) I can’t see this menu in this address : WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display.
6) My client uses chrome too, but when I use border or section she can’t see in her browser.for example in the LENO20 product page, I see section gray but she sees white.

2) For the related products size there is no option in Theme settings. Basically the product images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t have any influence on them. WooCommerce provides settings for images that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

The related image sizes are displayed the same as in your website. It seems that you are using images of different sizes that’s why they are displayed like that. You can adjust the product thumbnail width and crop according to your needs from the settings mentioned above.

I can see the bike complete, and I couldn’t control the photo shape.(pic1)

Sorry for the misunderstanding you asked about the alignment of the products, that’s why I replied.

Basically the products images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence them. WooCommerce provides some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

You can adjust the image thumbnail width from there and set the crop according to your need. This will fix the issue.

My problem is about Crip my image because of your template, I think you can do it with short CSS code.

You are Welcome. As I mentioned in my previous replies the images are cropped by WooCommerce our theme doesn’t affect cropping. You can set the image proportions and crop settings according to your needs from the settings that I mentioned in my previous reply.
