Shop page product image size.

On my shop page products has its own image size 500*500. Thats made my website slow and pagespeed,gtmatrix scores gone down. I want my shop page image medium size like 300*300. And widget product size small like 150*150.

You can change WooCommerce product image size in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images. Note that both products on the shop page and in the widget use the same size in WooCommerce.

I want this(https://ibb.co/MDcTDxP) image which I think auto generated by WordPress as my shop page product image.
Which is much more compressed version and will improve my website speed.
I don’t want to change anything on my single product image. I just want other size images that already exist on my website which is generated by WordPress replace on my product image if shop page.
Please help me out on this.
If it is not possible using customization.
I think it can be done by theme development.

After changing the size in WooCommerce settings, try to regenerate all thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
I changed woocommerce thumbnail size to 300*300.
It does made my shop page product images into 300*300.
But also my single product image became 300*300 size.
Please I want shop_catalog size 300*300 and shop_single size size default
Please, provide us with your admin access so we can check the configuration.
