We are experiencing an issue where products on our shop page disappear after a while. The only temporary fix is to flush the permalinks (via Settings → Permalinks → Save), which causes the products to reappear or using a cache plugin and purging the cache also temporarily fixes it. However, the issue persists, and after a short period, the products disappear again. This is the page where its affected – currently its working since we just cleared the cache, we are also using Hostinger to host this site – https://spv2.webxperts.co.nz/shop/
This behavior is inconsistent, as the product filters continue to show correct product counts, but the actual product listings on the shop page are empty. We’ve tried regenerating the product lookup tables, clearing transients, and flushing permalinks, but the issue reoccurs. We are using the Woodmart theme, and there are no errors in the browser console.
Can you assist in diagnosing what might be causing this issue and how we can prevent it from happening again?
