shop page showing sub categories also

I have multiple level categories. On my shop page when I open the Parent categories it is showing sub-category also and I want to remove that. How do I fix it ?

There is no option to remove, you can hide all the categories at all in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Catalog
