SHOP PAGE TITLE OPTIONS Exclude Categories Issue

MikeSeiler8ParticipantI use the exclude categories feature to remove categories from my shop page so they can be separated onto another page. I can no longer add categories to this section. I cannot type anything into the dialog box, and can therefore not select categories to exclude. Do you know how to fix this issue?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I have followed your instructions above, but they did not work. I am not using a child theme, I am using the parent theme. I turned off all non-theme related plugins, and the problem was still there.
Do you have any other ideas for how to fix this??

MikeSeiler8ParticipantOk, it should be fixed now. They had something pointed to the wrong place. Please try the same login information posted in my previous post. They also said to use FTP only. Not sure what that means but I’m sure you will.
By the way, am I the only one experiencing this issue?
