bernaschParticipantHello,
When you “Clear filters” in the Shop it brings you always to the Shop original language.
In my attachment you can see that the language argument is not taken in woodmart-clear-filters.
Thanks for giving me a feedback and workaround.
Regards,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
I am checking your shop page and I stay at the same page when I reset the filters: https://gyazo.com/ec0d66edf33517ee740ef1369a7e00f8
Please provide the step by step instruction to reproduce the problem.
Best Regards

bernaschParticipantHello,
You should be in another language als the french default one.
For instance :
1. Switch to english
2. Go to Shop
3. Filter by ingredient
4. Click on “Clear filters”
5. It will switch the Shop to frenchAt your disposal.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have tested and I stayed on the English page https://gyazo.com/403aaab76d9bb9843af5a47cf5302301
I tested with several filters and categories. Please clarify.

bernaschParticipantOn your video you don’t click on “clear filters”, but on clear “Vegan”…
Please do exactly as following :
1. Got to Shop in english
2. Select brand attribute ABBGen
3. Click on “Clear filters”You will see that it toggles from english to french…

bernaschParticipantThe argument ?lang=en is missing in the link when your “Clear filters”. The link should be https://hathanatura.ch/shop/?lang=en and not https://hathanatura.ch/shop/
The critical point is when you are in a product-category and you clear filters, it leads to a 404 page because the argument ?lang=en is missing.
Example:
– Clear filters lead to https://hathanatura.ch/product-category/clinic/
– Instead of https://hathanatura.ch/product-category/clinic/?lang=enDecember 17, 2020 at 12:50 pm #251771
Elise NoromitMemberHello,

bernaschParticipantHello,
The default theme has no filter capabilities by attributes as implemented in Woodmart.
As you can see below the URL forming is defines in your class :

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Woodmart filter is a visually customized Woocommerce attribute filter. Please check how it works on the Storefront theme, you can find the Product Attribute filter in Appearance > Widgets.
Best Regards
