How can I change the shop design options?

You can change the shop product design by navigating to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Loop and selecting the “Show summary on hover” product style. Then check the shop page on your site.

If the style does not change, you may be using a custom product archive layout. In that case, go to Layouts > Edit Product Archive, edit the Products Archive widget, and select the required product style there.

If the issue remains, please share your WordPress login details in a private area so I can check it directly and provide a possible solution.
