    Good afternoon, I have 2 questions:

    1) Being on the shopping cart page, when I remove the items from the cart, the page goes blank. The link or button with the options to return to the store page is not displayed.

    What could be the cause, should I correct something in the “Theme Settings”?

    2) Regarding the Menus, although they work, when I want to go to other options within the WordPress Administrator, a message like “Do you want to leave the site?” is always displayed.

    I attach screenshots. I will be attentive to your observations.

    2. The message appears when you have not saved the menu before leaving it. You need to click on ‘Save Menu’ button first.

    1) The cart thing happens on my test website, I missed adding the link, I put it in private.

    2) Yes, after saving the menu, the message still appears.

    Hi sentinel_1978,

    I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

    If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

    In case it works with default theme, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access, I will debug that issue.

    Good afternoon, I changed the theme to “Twenty Twenty-Three” and the shopping cart works normally from there, but when I return to WoodMart, the problem occurs again and since there are no products in the cart, the page stays in white.

    I attach screenshots and go through private administrator access.

    Good evening, you can proceed with the deactivations of plugins and testing on the test website, it is 11:30 PM here in Peru and I will check the test website again in a few more hours, around 7-8 AM.

    Good afternoon, yes you can do it now.

    Testing the cart again, it still appears blank, but when updating (F5) right there, the window that allows you to return to the store is displayed.

    I am also not allowed to manually write the data, characters are lost.

    Check the passwords carefully.

    You can log in normally with both users.

    I share 2 screenshots with the 2 recently entered users.

    There are no country restrictions on my hosting. What country do you connect from?

    I took a look at test webiste, you are using outdated theme version, please update WoodMart and WooMart Core plugin to the latest version and check again.

    Good afternoon, I have proceeded to update the version of the theme (7.3.1) and now the cart page works correctly.

    On the test website I had deactivated the license when switching to the final website, so I had no notifications about updates to the theme.

    Thanks for the follow-up, that would solve the problem.

    PS: I see the “Woodmart Core” plugin outdated on my main website, and on the test website it did not appear, I installed it from “WoodMart > Plugins”, are the update notifications for that plugin loaded normally or Do I have to review them manually from that access?

    Hi sentinel_1978,

    ThemeForest sends email notifications once the new version is released.

    Whenever, the Theme is updated on the Site and the WoodMart Core isn’t updated then it shows a Notification at your Dashboard to update the WoodMart Core plugin.

    But on some sites due to some auto-updates disabling at their WordPress end or from their server end settings, the notification prompt doesn’t show for updating the Core or other Theme required Plugins.
