shopping cart button in top header not working

When I click a link, nothing happen, shopping cart page does not open. But I do “Open link in new tab”, then it opens. What can be it’s reason?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

i have to exclude few categories from the product page sidebar, is there any option to customize it.
i have found to exclude categories from the shop page title(theme option/ shop page) but unable to do it form the side bar.
Kindly help.

The Product category widget is not editable. Please consider creating a Product category menu in Appearance > Menu and then add by means of Mega menu widget: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

In this case, you would be able to add the categories you wish.
