Shopping cart design of tax rates

The shopping cart doesn’t show the tax rates as needed in Germany. And the text is in english as well. I attache two pictures. One is good which shows 19% and 7% the other one is what it looks like right now.The green one is the one that is not in line with german law.

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem or incorrect taxes configuration.

If you see the same on the default theme it means that you have configured your taxes not correctly or Woocommerce functionality works in the way you do not expect. Please refer the Woocommerce documentation on this issue as we do not have instructions or options.

I did set it correct I would assume and the tax is calculating properly. It only doesn’t show the right way. This really is frustrating everybody is shifting it to the other and it is wasting hours of time… Will check woocommerce again but are sure it is correct since it does calculate corrects. Its just how it is presented.

I regret I cannot help, however, if you see the same on another theme it means that theme does not cause the problem. Try to search the way out in Woocommercce forum.

I am not convinced that it is not in relation to your theme. Cause still the problem occurs that I had to deactivate Woocommerce Germanized which I need. Might be that this is why it doesn’t work. Have you figured that out yet? As stated before, you say on your webpage that Woocommerce Germanized is running with your theme but if I activate it it doesn’t show prices for individual product sizes on product page. But funny enough it does show it in the quick view. So it is obvious that it is all set up correct. Did you check that? I really do need to activate Woocommerce Germanized.

So I just checked it again. I activated woocommerce germanized and all works well in my shopping cart. But again not on the product page. There it doesn’t show the price. So the issue still is that I can not activate Woocommerce Germanized since it doesnt show the product price once I have different sizes.

Just investigated further. The answer to almost all my questions is Woocommerce Germanized. Once I active it the shipping costs are showing as set up, VAT is showing property… So the remaining issue is, that the product page doesn’t show prices (only in heading of product the spread) once I have different sizes… Can you fix that?

We have checked your site and did not find our theme influence on Woocommerce Germanized plugin functionality. We have compared our theme product page layout with WordPress default theme Twenty Nineteen and default Woocommerce theme Storefront and didn’t find any difference. Your product page prices look the same on other themes, that means issue that you described did not caused by our theme and, unfortunately, we cant change plugin functionality via WordPress theme. Please try to check Woocommerce documentation or contact with Woocommerce Germanized support.
