Shopping Cart Does Not Appear for Logged Out User

Dear all,
The shopping cart does not appear when the user is logged out, even when items are placed in the bag. I have already investigated the integration with Elementor and WooCommerce, but the settings are correct. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > make sure that “Login to see add to cart and prices” option is disabled.
