I got a temporary solution by Elementor, however the root cause is within the woodmart theme.

To further verify this issue, I installed and activated the Hello Elementor theme for testing purposes. In this environment, the Cart page displayed and functioned correctly, as shown in the screenshots below:

As a temporary workaround, you can use the following custom CSS code to display the content on your Cart page:

This code should help make the content visible on the Cart page until a more permanent solution is implemented.
