I would like the shopping cart slider to appear when you click on the add to cart button.
Unfortunately this does not work. But the settings are correct.
I also noticed that the add to cart button ” spins” all the time.
Maybe this is related to it.

What can I do to make this work again?
    here is a link:

Please try it, choose a size and press the buy button.
You will probably be redirected to the shopping cart page. Now please go back to the page in the browser. There the icon in the button is still spinning.

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:

    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Sorry, I didn’t see your message in Gmail. Thank you for reminding me.

I have checked your settings and I see that in WooCommerce you have enabled an appropriate option that redirects directly to the cart page therefore the sidebar does not open. So please navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products and disable the “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” option here: https://take.ms/ClheH

Then clear the website/browser cache and recheck the issue.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Luke,
    Thank you very much!
now it works perfect in the desktop version, unfortunately not in the mobile.
I checked the settings → Woodmart / Header Builder / Mobile / Main Header.
It looks like every settings are correct.
    Do you have any idea?
And is there any possibility to add a “Back To Shop” button in the Shopping Cart ?

    Best regards,

    René

    Hello,

The “Back to Shop” is available in your sidebar: https://prnt.sc/YWCtbGOaZc6Y

Most likely the issue is in the mobile cache so I suggest you disable all cache plugins on your website and recheck the issue, also clear the server cache at all.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

    1. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    2. We have such a button, but it only appears when you don’t have any product in the cart: https://take.ms/Pc96Kq

    Kind Regards
