Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
If you cannot find the string, please synchronize the translations.

It seems that you have an outdated woodmart/languages/woodmart.pot file. You need to get it from the latest update and then click on “Sync” button.

You can change the mail templates in Woocommerce > Settings > Emails.
You can create your own page in the builder and set it in the Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page.

This cross is not caused by our theme.
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
