    Hello sir, we have an issue with the display widjet on shopping cart. In mobile version when you are logged in for first time the website and with empty cart, when you are trying to add a product to the cart from the SINGLE PRODUCT VIEW (NOT) from the catalog, then the sidebar doesnt appear at all and we are seeing an blank page. Propably something is going on with js file but can you have a look?

    We face this error when we are using the widget. sidebar. The pop up works fine.
    But we have change it in order to have a good experinece for our customers.

    If you enable widget sidebar then you are going to face the same issue

    The problem still exists. Please reproduce the issue from ingognito mode. The problem appears only the first time you are trying to add product. If you do one time then works fine. But the problem is when you try for the first time without having visit the site again in the past. So you have to reproduce with clear cache like a first time visit in the website. Try with incognito mode

    We don’t know what else we should do to see the problem. Maybe there is something with your browser or device. Try to check how it works with a few other mobile devices.

    No sir.
    We have tried over and over again and it fails on every mobile phone we tested , Android , Iphone etc !!!
    We tested many phones and this type of widget keeps not working on our site !
    I wonder how this is working only for you !!! Maybe you have a cached page in your broweser ?
    Please do this:
    1. Clear your browsers cache.
    2. Enable in the admin panel the side cart widget of the theme.
    3. Enter our site and make sure that the cart is empty.
    4. Add a product in the cart , from the single product page , not from the catalog.
    The bug is present the first time you are adding a product in the cart. If you add a second or third item , then it works normally !!!
