Shopping cart widget doesn’t open automatically after add to cart

Hi team,
after adding a product to the cart should the shopping sidebar cart open. In our case is nothing happing. I’ve selected the option ‘display widget’ in the ‘Actions after add to cart’ section in the theme settings. If i’m switch to ‘Show popup’ everything works well.
We’re using elementor as pagebuilder and also the elementor header as well.

Currently your Site is password protected so we can’t view anything.
Regarding the mentioned concern, if you have made the Header solely with Elementor page builder not with the Theme’s Header Builder then we can’t say much about the Cart Off-Canvas style working because for the Theme Settings option to work in this regard you might need to create your Header using the Theme’s Header Builder and in that add the Cart element and select Hidden sidebar for the position: https://snipboard.io/05xbXH.jpg
