Short description doesn’t appear

Hi I realize just now that the short description doesn’t appear on product page even if on background is set to be display. I have already tried to deactive all the plugin not related, swith to parent theme. i have only noted that there is a error message on theme , like the parent theme is missing, I have alredy overwrite the theme files but the error is still permane.

I see that you use Layouts for the product page, therefore you need to define an appropriate element to show the short description: https://take.ms/Poq4e

So please define it and recheck the issue.

SOLVED – Thank you very much, it was not clear that the singol product was related to a layout, but now i undestand and fix it.
