Short description not visible but enabled

Hi,

I’m not seing short description text area on add product page and I don’t see the div in the theme too.

Here are the settings:

Short description ON
Enable/disable short description text in the product’s summary block.

Show attribute table after short description ON
You can display attributes table instead of short description.
(this one is confusing as the title says after and memo says instead of short description, even if I disbale this I don’t see short description text area.

and I don’t see the div on single product page
<div class="woocommerce-product-details__short-description">

I see
<table class="woocommerce-product-attributes shop_attributes">

So is this possible to have both the short description and short description?
Where the short description text area is located compare to the product description textarea?

Ok I figure out the form field was in the side of the page on add product page my bald.
