Short description vs extended description

Hi,
on product pages,…how can I move the main Visual Composer content out of the short description and place it beneath?
I forgot how I managed to do it on my previous website.

When you edit the product page first follows the main product description and it supports WP Bakery page builder. In the bottom, there is a short description that does not support it. You can insert the HTML block shortcode.
If it is not what you want, provide more details with the screenshots.
