Short Descriptions

Hi

The short description is missing from the product page.

I check the theme settings > product page > show/hide elements
and the short description is turned on.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme, if you use the child and provide your site admin access to the private area

As we are using the same plugins on the test site and the short product descriptions appears on the test site but not on the live site?
