NoireParticipantHello,
Here is a ticket I opened with WCFM:
“Hello,
We have problems on our product page when our vendors try to copy and paste a long description for their products. In the video example we see the product description with images on the product page, but in the backend they do not appear .

The Next thing is the full screen icon does not show, and when we do go full screen there are no options or controls to edit anything. The screen does not scroll up or scroll down and shows a little area of the header, which doesn’t look right. Please see video below.

Here is what they responded:

Hello,loom.com/share/235d2aca062d464986db3690451a5124 –
In video we can see the back-end editor is not loaded properly. It seems like some js error in your site. Please check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)
Regarding fullscreen icon, add below css to visible full screen icon in WCFM product manager –
i.mce-i-fullscreen {
display: inline-block !important;
}And regarding full screen does not scroll up or scroll down and shows a little area of the header, we have tested our server with default theme it is looks perfectly(PFA). Please ask your theme support regarding this.
As we mentioned your previous ticket, please contact your Woodmart theme support, it seems like the theme generates many issues.
Thanks.
Really need some help here.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
1. Could you please send us a link to your website where we can see this issue?
2. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

NoireParticipantHere is where we were experiencing the problem:
https://omniverce.com/store-manager/products-manage/12841/
We have since deleted the entire product and re-created it. This was a quick fix, however when the vendor tries to copy and paste content for the description, the page has errors and pretty much results as seen in the video.
I am not comfortable deactivating plugins, can you do this for me please?

Artem TemosKeymaster1. We don’t see any images in the description on the link you sent. Please, clarify the first problem.
2. You need to check how it works with a default theme to be sure that it is caused by our theme.

NoireParticipantHi,
1) I have drafted a test product named “test”. I did not leave it published because the site is live. The vendor copied and pasted the description from newegg.com
https://www.newegg.com/sandisk-model-sdcz430-064g-g46-64gb/p/N82E16820173395
Here is a video which shows the problem below:
https://www.loom.com/share/b7470e6207644bfaabde2e546ee14327
2) I am not great with disabling the plugins and the technical troubleshooting. I tried before and almost destroyed my website. Can you please confirm this?

Artem TemosKeymaster1. Please, record a video on how it works with a default theme so we can see the difference.
2. In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards
