Shortcode in custom product page not working

Hi team
Im trying to build an custom product page and i need to put an shortcode in there. its from the Themecomplete epo Extra product options . i did this before on my old theme very eady. But now i have a problem with it . is there anything i should do before it works cause nothing happens when i do the shortcode or html element and put in the shortcode . The page does not show my options
[tc_epo_show action=”epo_custom_action”] this is the code i have to work with

mmmm I can see the options now to. but i want them under the add to cart button . that is not realy working
