shortcode not working

Hi,
I have a shortcode that displays a product design plugin
[tshirtecommerce id = “411”]
I inserted it into the internal page of the site and the plugin is displayed – https://happystore.ge/compare/

But when I insert the shortcode on the main page using WPBakery Page Builder, the shortcode does not work

How can I insert this shortcode on the main page so that it works?
