Show 2 Promo Banner on mobile

Hey there
is there a way to show 2 promo banners at the same time like in screenshot 1 on mobile? (like a carousel)
Right now it is like screenshot 2 and on desktop screenshot 3.

Your screen shows categories carousel not promo banner element. They have different settings. If you want to put two banners in the column on mobile, set the width in columns which contain banners. Banner a unit and has not any options to be devived into columns.

Now, I see, we are talking about two different elements. If you want to have the banner for 4 slides on desktop and 2 on mobile, you create one row and two columns http://prntscr.com/jztv5u
and set the visibility of the column on different devices:
