Show "Add to Cart" on Product Hover in Case of Multiple Attributes

Hi,

In Case of Multiple Attributes , on hover Add to Cart is in below the Attribute Selection . Customer has to Scroll Down to See Add to Cart . Which in some cases leading customers not to find the add to cart .

Kindly check the attached Clip for Better Understanding of the issue .

Can we make the On Hover Attributes to be smaller so Add to Cart can be seen with on hover as well ? Or Suggest me some other solution .
