Show Categories Only

My store is showing the sub-categories & the products.
I want only the categories. How to do?

I have already done it for the first layer of categories via WooCommerce > Categories but the “store” page itself, how can I define it?

You can disable categories from being displayed on the shop page via Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product catalog.

It’s not the first time you’re not reading my posts properly… please do, and not just for me but for all your users!

I said “I want to keep the categories only” and you give me an answer to the total opposite.

You already know there are multiple layers in WooCommerce
1. Store
2. Categories
3. (n) Subcategories
4. Product page

For levels 2 and 3, we can define via the categories page whether we want to display subcategories or products or both.

However, for level 1, I am not able to find how to display only categories. Currently it is displaying both categories and products.

Sorry, we meant that you can enable/disable categories there. It means that all the related options to this functionality are located there and not related to our theme at all.
