Show comments cookies opt-in checkbox

Hello, I have read that wordpress has integrated cookie confirmation with comments. So you have to confirm the cookie policy before you publish a comment. But this confirmation box does not appear in the comments form. Do I have to activate something in the theme so that this appears there? It is activated in the general settings/discussion settings.

If you have enabled the opt-in checkbox from the WP Settings > General > Discussion and you are unable to see it on the Comment section then please once check how it works with some default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty Three or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
