    Is there away to show the discounts that apply to a product on the “Cart Totals” ?

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but your concern is specifically related to WooCommerce end because the Cart page comes from WooCommerce by default and the Theme only relates to its styling options under the Theme Settings or Dashboard > Layouts. So, you might want to consult with WooCommerce on this. They might help you out and guide you better.
