    Hi support,
    it shows only the code after installed and activate the theme. Have I missed any steps? Please help.

    Hi,

    These shortcodes added by Flatsome theme and they can’t work with Basel. If you want to set up our theme and dummy content you need to use a fresh WordPress installation.
