juanrojodesignParticipantHi there,
How to display as per your demo a variation that is not it stock with strike through or X? It also hides the add to cart feature if clicked.

Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You can activate such a style via the settings of this attribute, or rather navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> in the “Swatch” section set an appropriate style.

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need any further help or any other info.

juanrojodesignParticipantHi Luke,
Have tried using that appropriate style but no strike through.
See private area for details and can you also look why the Ajax filters don’t work as they should? We tried numerous things and removed plugins to try but still no luck. We also tried regenerating attribute look up table and works for a short time but reverts back to not functioning properly.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please try to increase the value of the “AJAX variation threshold” option to 100 via Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products.

Then clear the cache and check the issue again.

juanrojodesignParticipantHi Luke,
Tried and issue still persists with both Ajax filters and variable product not displaying the X strike through.
Can you investigate further please?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. I have enabled the “Hide out of stock items from the catalogue” option in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory and the X strike-through started to appear.

2. As for the Brand filters, please confirm the permission for the plugins deactivation, switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
Kind Regards

juanrojodesignParticipantHi Luke,
We cannot hide out of stock items as this is not an option for us as 50% of the products are inquire only and available to order so please disable.
Yes you can move forward on the staging site regarding the Ajax Filters as it’s not only brands.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please navigate to Appearance -> Widgets -> edit that filter widget and set for the “Query type” field the “AND” value.

juanrojodesignParticipantHi Luke,
Thanks for email but need to have the OR applied so that it filters more than one attribute at a time. Please review the video I sent for reference.
Also, any solutions to the not in stock X strike through?
Can you remove second link you send in feed as it has reference to my client’s website in image as I’d like it none visible.
Thanks,
PatrickFebruary 13, 2023 at 4:10 pm #442554
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. With the “OR” query type it will not work as you want, it will show all brands after activation of someone specific brand. In our demo, we are using the “AND” query type for such a filter.
2. As for the “X strike through”, there is no other way to enable this functionality, it will work only after enabling the “Hide out of stock items from the catalogue” option.
Kind Regards

juanrojodesignParticipantThanks Luke for trying.
Can you please delete the 2 screen shots you shared?
Noticed a new theme update just now. Excited to see the new features.
Thanks,
