www.cidev.roParticipantHi there,
Are you please able to let us know how we can show the Shop Filters on mobile please as well?
On the page listed in the private content area.
Thank you!

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Products Archive >> Sidebar and enable the offcanvas sidebar for mobile.

www.cidev.roParticipantHello,
I just checked but that option was already enabled.

www.cidev.roParticipantAre you please able to check why some elements on the shop page suddenly look very weird?
For example the colour attributes and the Filter by colour on the side look very weird.
Thank you!

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, update the theme to the latest version 6.3.2. Then, go to WoodMart -> Patcher and apply the patch

www.cidev.roParticipantHi there,
Thank you so much, looks like the Shop filters look okay now, however there is still a problem with the way the colours are shown on the shop page. Please check screenshot attached.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
You need to add Styles always load – “WooCommerce mod product swatches” in the Theme Settings > Performance > CSS. https://prnt.sc/tC23jIfF5NM4
We will fix this in our nearest update.
Best Regards

www.cidev.roParticipantHi!
Yesss, that’s great! Thank you!
One more question and we’ll leave you alone 🙂
Do you know why on the Shop Page, on the left, where the filters are, they don’t show all the swatches? For example, there should be more colours to be shown and also under wood type, there should also be Beech.
The client said that it was working fine maybe 3 or 4 days ago, then we don’t know what happened and most attributes disappeared from the Shop Filters.
We would kindly thank you if you could help.

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables.
March 11, 2022 at 12:00 pm #359895
www.cidev.roParticipantWe did that but unfortunately we see no changes. Is there anything else we could try?
March 11, 2022 at 3:21 pm #359974
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme to see if it is caused by WoodMart or not?
March 14, 2022 at 6:36 am #360403
www.cidev.roParticipantHello again,
Do you suggest switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily and check the Shop Filters with that theme?
Or what specifically are you suggesting?
Thank you!
March 14, 2022 at 8:02 am #360433
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, check this to see if it is caused by WoodMart or not. It must be a WooCommerce issue.

www.cidev.roParticipantHi there,
I installed a WordPress default theme and obviously now everything looks scrambled. If I go to the shop page here:
https://mgconcept.cidevconcept.com/shop/
I am unable to locate the shop filters.
What do I need to do next?
March 14, 2022 at 9:12 am #360481
Artem TemosKeymasterTry to install the WooCommerce Storefront theme instead. Then, go to Appearance -> Widgets and put your filter widgets to the shop page sidebar. Then you will be able to see if it works by default or not.

www.cidev.roParticipantHello,
I’m afraid I don’t know where to find the Shop Page Sidebar, I could only find a Sidebar Widgets area but it doesn’t show up on the Shop Page.

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it is a correct sidebar and already displayed on your shop page. So you can test how WooCommerce filters work https://gyazo.com/7248e06df946520fac9949ce3a3fb1dd

www.cidev.roParticipantHi again,
Yes, I can see the sidebar now displaying on the shop page however it does not “fetch” all the data. Please see screenshot attached.

www.cidev.roParticipantWhat does this mean and what would be the next step, please?
March 15, 2022 at 7:52 am #360874
Artem TemosKeymasterDo you mean that when you switch to the default theme the problem persists? It seems to be a WooCommerce issue.
WooCommerce already has this issue reported on their Github https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/32065March 28, 2022 at 6:54 am #364475
www.cidev.roParticipantHi there,
After many tickets with Automattic (WooCommerce department), it looks like they were able to help and now all the attributes look ok on this page:
https://mgconcept.cidevconcept.com/shop/
However we noticed that we are now back to issue number one which is that the Shop Filters are not visible on mobile devices, even if the Off Canvas option is still enabled in the Theme Options.
What else can be done about this? We need to launch this website today.
Thank you!
March 28, 2022 at 7:24 am #364491
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We see that you have some custom CSS added that hides this button completely. Please, remove this code to make it work correctly.
Kind Regards
